OUR FEES
We know that legal fees are a concern to all clients and that's why we're committed to the being upfront with you about costs. We offer all of our Wills and Estate Planning services at a fixed rate so that you can be confident of the fees and the outcome before we get started.
For those services that we provide at an hourly rate we will discuss the costs with you throughout the matter. It's important to remember that it's always your matter and that you have control over the process and the cost.

ESTATE PLANNING
* Simple Wills for a Couple $400 each plus GST
* Simple Will $500 plus GST
* Will moderate complexity for a couple (containing gifts, rights to reside or simple trusts) $800 each plus GST
*Will Moderate Complexity single $1000 plus GST
* Wills Complex cost determined at initial meeting

*Simple Enduring Powers of Attorney and Guardianship $200 each plus GST
​
* Trust and Family Company Constitution Amendments cost determined at initial meeting
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
* $1800 plus GST for a Grant of Probate
​
* $3000 plus GST for a Grant of Letters of Administration
​
(Note that both applications also include a court filing fee)

* Estate Management after receipt of Grant - priced at hourly rate.
FAMILY LAW
Please note our family law services are charged an hourly rate and these prices are indicative costs.
* Expect fees of under $3000 plus GST for Application for Consent Orders where parties have reached agreement before seeking our help.

We will discuss and disclose anticipated costs for the following matters:

* Mediation regarding Children and/or Property Issues.
* Urgent Applications to the Family Court

* Interim Arguments in the Family Court

* Preparing for and attending trials in the Family Court.
